• What is StreamMetrix and how will it help me?

  StreamMetrix is the all-in-one intelligence platform for the live streaming industry. We are building the bridge between deep channel analytics (for creators) and influencer discovery (for brands). Whether you want to analyze your growth on Twitch, track Kick trends, or find the perfect YouTube Gaming partner, StreamMetrix provides the data you need to make profitable decisions.

• Which platforms does StreamMetrix support?

  We focus on the "Big Three" of the modern streaming era: YouTube Gaming, Twitch, and Kick. Our architecture is designed to handle the current reality of simulcasting, allowing you to see statistics across platforms as well as individual performance metrics for each ecosystem.

• How is StreamMetrix different from native tools like YouTube Studio?

  Native tools only show you your data. StreamMetrix provides Market Intelligence. We allow you to benchmark your channel against competitors, analyze global category trends, and see the metrics that platforms don't show you.

• Can I export data or integrate it via API?

• Do you track Game Trends and Viewer-to-Streamer Ratios?

  Absolutely. Finding what to play is half the battle. We track Game Saturation metrics to help you identify "Low Competition, High Viewership" categories. Instead of getting lost in the "Just Chatting" crowd, our tools show you where the undeserved audience is waiting. You can just use the "Game" filter to see the deep statistics.

• Why is "Average Viewers" (AV) your main metric?

  Followers and Subscribers are often "vanity metrics" that don't reflect current reality. AV tells you exactly how many eyes are on the screen. For both advertisers and growing streamers, this is the most accurate predictor of reach, conversion, and actual influence.

• Is the data accurate and real-time?

  Yes. StreamMetrix aggregates data directly from official platform APIs and our proprietary tracking nodes. We update viewership statistics, Twitch, Kick and YouTube analytics, and game trends in real-time to ensure you are never making decisions based on outdated reports.

• Can I suggest a feature for the roadmap?
